Palm oil is solid at room temperature, has a neutral taste, and can be extracted without the use of solvents has made organic palm oil a very useful ingredient in organic food processing. Similar organic fats which are solid at room temperature are butter and coconut oil, unlike palm oil , both of which are highly saturated fats. Palm oil contains a balance of polyunsaturated, monounsaturated and saturated fatty acids. In addition, palm oil contains essential substances such as linoleic acid and tocopherols and tocotrienols, which act as natural anti-oxidants .

Blown grade bitumen is widely used as an anti-slip layer compound in the piling industry, for manufacture of roofing felts, for sound dampening felts and under carriage sealant in the automobile industry, electric cable joint protection, joint filling compound, sealant compound and many others.
It is also used in the manufacture of bituminous marine mastic for the oil & gas pipeline joints. It comes in various grades such as Grade 10/20, 85/25, 85/40, 115/15. We are also capable of producing other grades of Blown Bitumen upon request by our customers.

Oxidized Bitumen is produced by either Continuous or Staggered Blowing Process. Heated Penetration Grade Bitumen under controlled environment is blown with air which controls the Oil Content in the Bitumen while it oxidized. Palm oil is produced from the fruit of the Oil Palm Elaeis Guinnesis, found in Africa, South East Asia and Latin America. Palm oil is extracted and refined through pressing and crushing and not by the use of chemical solvents.
Palm olein is used for frying foodstuff as it is stable in high temperatures. The manufacturing process involves deep-frying followed by rapid cooking and blast freezing. Quick crystallization of the fat used is important and for this reason, a hydrogenated palm oil of melting point 40-42°C. The most important characteristic of a fat used for frying is its ability to withstand the high temperature used, with undue chemical change. Frying usually at about 180°C , at which temperature, the more unsaturated oils tend to oxidize and breakdown or polymerize quite rapidly

PG is based on engineering principles to address Common pavement distresses Rutting, Fatigue Cracking and thermal cracking.

Physical properties are measured by specified equipment which directly relates to field performance.
Bitumen is classified based on climatic conditions. For example PG 64-22 grade means that the bitumen is suitable for project location where 7 days max temperature of pavement is 64oC and 7days min. temperature -22oC.
Recommended Storage, Handling and Usage
The storage temperature should not exceed 350°F (177°C). Modified asphalt should not be stored more than two days without agitation. If asphalt is stored longer than one week above 300°F (149°C), it is advisable to monitor aging of the asphalt by checking the DSR. If significant changes in these properties occur, it is advisable to have the asphalt tested for compliance with PG specifications.,Superpave PG Bitumen, Performance Grade Bitumen
Oxidized Bitumen is produced by either Continuous or Staggered Blowing Process. Heated Penetration Grade Bitumen up to 300 deg C under controlled environment is blown with air in the Chimney / Tower. This process removes the Oil Content in the Bitumen and it is oxidized. Fuel oil is added to the process to make the penetration higher, if it is required to do so.
The oxidized bitumen, still at higher temperature, to be handled carefully and packed into Bags or drums as required. The associated safety and work place hazards need to be handled efficiently.
