1.SX-801 ultrahard wearablespray wire
Application: SX-801 is a kind of tubular ultrahard nanometer-powder spray wire. It fully exerts the special effect of nanometer-powder so as to gain a superhard and ultrawear-resistent coating that reaches the targeted indexes.
Main ingredients
Chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni), boron (B) and Cr3C2 hard ceromics
Microstructure of SX-801 spray coating
The mixture of Cr3C2 and its resultant product during spraying acts as framework of the coating structure. NiCrB which have good ductility and corrosion resistance acts as the carrier of the hard particle mixture. The hard particle mixture evenly inlays into the NiCrB carrier to form a good coating.
SX-800 wearable performance
The hard particle mixture of Cr3C2 and its resultant product during spraying has good wearing resistant ability as the carbide of Cr has high hardness.
SX-801 ductility performance
The carbide of Cr has high hardness but its coefficient of thermal expansion differs greatly with the substrate. So there’s a need that carrier should have good ductility, in other words, it should have similar coefficient of thermal expansion as to the substrate. The NiCrB carrier and the rendering transition guarantee good ductility so that coating won’t break while temperature changes.
SX-801 anti-corrosion performance
NiCr has good anti-corrosion to protect the hard particles from falling off the carrier and the coating from losing effectiveness while functioning in corrosive environment.

2. SX-601 high-temperature and corrosion resistant powder-cored spray wire
Typical application: when power generating boiler functions, the masses of gases such as SO2 and H2S and so on produced from high-sulphur coal burning will generate free-stuff sulphur atom in the high temperature environment. The free-stuff sulphur atom then reacts with the heating surface of the boiler and produces high-temperature corrosive sulphides such as FeS. The FeS will not protect the boiler surface for its porous and loosen structure. The SX-601 high-temperature and corrosion resistant powder-cored spray wire is developed by the researchers from our company and TAFA and made through nano-coacervating technology.

Ni has stable cubic structure and good ductility that makes the coating having nearly the same heat expansion coefficient with boiler tube.

hardness: HV03~1100-1300, working temperature: ≤540℃.
This powder makes a hard, densified coating with good wearing-resistant ability for abrasion and erosion. The coating is the hardest one for wearing-resistance under 540 ℃, and the best one for abrasive and erosive wearing under medium and low temperature. It’s recommended to be used in particle abrasion, hard-surface abrasion, fretting wear and particle erosion.
This powder can be applied in supersonic flame spraying, plasma spraying and Detonation gun spraying process. It’s widely used in wear-resistant coating for rollers, engine blades, axles and so on.
the Cr3C2-20NiCr powder:
hardness: HV03~900-1100, working temperature: ≤920℃.
This powder makes a very hard and desified coating, which is the most ideal abrasion-resistant, oxidation-resistant, and anti-erosive coating under medium and high working temperature. It’s recommended to be used in flue gas-erosive wear, particle abrasive wear, fretting wear and hard surface abrasion.
This powder can be applied in supersonic flame spraying, plasma spraying and Detonation gun spraying process. It’s widely used in wear-resistant coating for boiler piping of Power plant, Metallurgical furnace roller, Metallurgy core roller, Oil axial surface and so on.

Configuration of SX-80 plasma spray equipment

SX-5000 HVOF equipment
The principal of SX-5000 HVOF spray equipment is: the mixture gas of oxygen and fuel gas is sent to the burning area of spray gun exit under high pressure. Then the burning gas is accelerated to form a supersonic flame with the help of peripheral compressed air. The spray powder is sent into burning flame and make a functional coating.

SX-600w supersonic arc spray equipment
The arc spray equipment we produce has many different types. It can be equipped with one spray gun or several guns which can act as several independent machines. It can also be operated by hand or by auto tele-computer control. Supersonic arc spraying is a new technology developed from normal arc spraying technology. It has more excellent performance compared with normal arc spraying, and recently has been applied broadly in fields such as machinery, chemical, electricity generating, metallurgy and especially has excellent performance in resolving the wearing and corrosion problems of boiler tube of electricity generating plant. Hence it brings safety and stable operation and good economic and social benefits to those power generating plants.
Supersonic arc sprayer sends two spraying metal wires to the two electric mouths of spray gun, and the electric mouths link to the high-current and low-voltage two electrodes. When the metal wires contact with each other, there would be a short circuit which would make an arc, and the end of metal wire would be melted by the 5000℃heat produced by the arc. Then the melted wire would be pulverized to micromelting points by high-velocity compressed air. These micromelting points then are sprayed on the surface of workpiece by the compressed air with a supersonic speed (above 400m/s) to make a coating. The supersonic spray coating has smaller and compact Microstructure, and stronger bond strength compared with normal arc spray coating.
SX-600Wsupersonic arc sprayer is developed on the base of SX-400 arc sprayer. It adopts Laval acceleration tube in the spray gun and when the compressed air get through Laval tube the airflow speed will be markedly accelerated.
The newly developed supersonic arc spray machine consists of power supply, supersonic arc spray gun, wire feeder, control system and compressed air system. We develop this equipment precisely to make sure that it can work stably and effectively.

1. Stable and convenient
This equipment solidifies the operating programs by integrated circuit to prevent from machine damage by misoperating of workers, and thus to protect the safety of operators and the equipment. It can spray a long distance away from the equipment by tele-operating switch. Also the equipment has steady output voltage and current, has good capacity of anti-interference and is sensitive against regulating so that the coating can be even and oxidize burning loss be little to prolong its useful time working in bad environment.
2. High bond strength of coating
The bond strength of coating can reach 70Mpa compared with generally 30-40Mpa of common arc spray coating. The wire is well atomized into tiny particles and then the particles are sprayed with a high speed to make a good and fine coating which has the porosity equal or less 0.5%. By this way the wear-resistant and anti-corrosive ability of coating is markedly improved.
3. Workpiece won’t deform and its structure won’t be influenced.
Generally the temperature rise of workpiece won't exceed 100 ℃when spraying, so the workpiece won't deform. And the spraying heat won't take effect directly on the surface so as to influence the structure of workpiece.
4. High efficiency and wide range usage.
The equipment has high spray and electric power efficiency; generally it can spray metal wires up to 15kg per hour. It's suit for onsite construction, and can use all kinds of metal and metalceramic materials(solid and cored), such as alloy wires, Mo, Al, Zn, red copper, copper alloy, Babbitt etc. It is widely applied in spraying wearable and anti-rusting coatings for boiler four kinds of tubes, coal pulverizing system (fan impeller and scroll casing), roller, dryer, axis, mould and so on.
5. Wide spray gun extending range and pull / push way of wire feeding to pick
The spray gun is equipped with 30-meter-long cable, air tube and 8-core control cable, so it can spray at remote places about 30 meters away from the equipment. There are two ways of feeding spray wires, pull and push.
6. No need to change wearing parts frequently
We have patent conductive nozzle which is wearable and greatly enlarges useful time of wearing parts. This effectively helps to reduce the spray costs and improve working efficiency and coating quality.

Vibrating Feeder

The Vibrating Feeder is used to transfer the large-size materials and granular materials from hopper to receiving device uniformly, periodically and continuously in the production flow and feed materials into the crusher continuously and uniformly in the sand or stone production line. The vibrating feeder is widely used to match the crushing and sieving equipments in many industries including metallurgy, mining, beneficiation, building material, chemical and etc.
Working principle:
There are two eccentric shafts rotating at high speed at the same time from opposite directions, thus the strong centrifugal force is formed. The component forces of centrifugal force along the vibrating direction will always overlap each other, then counteract with that of vertical force from vibrating direction, then exciting force along single direction is formed to drive the feeder vibrate along straight line. When materials are fed into the feeder, they may be thrown up and move like para curve, then fall down. The materials will move forward on the slope surface of the feeder.

Working principle:
The impellers are driven through V belt transmission, which brings centrifugal effect to form the negative pressure. On the one hand, the flotation machine inhales sufficient air to mix with ore slurry; on the other hand it stirs ore slurry and mix with medication to form the mineralized froth. To adjust the height of flashboard to control the liquid level and make the useful froth scraped by loam board. Each chute can inhale gas, sink magma, separate. No assiting equipments are required,and it must be levelly installed. It is easy to change the flow chart. The cycling way of magma is very reasonable. It can reduce the impurities to a great extent. There is automatic equipment on the magma surface, easy to adjust. The impeller also owns the upper and lower retroversion blade. The upper one makes the magma cycle upward, while the lower one makes the magma cycle downward.

Working principle of Cone crusher:
Cone crusher crushes materials through the working surface between the movable cone and fixed cone. The movable cone is supported by spherical bearing and fixed on an hanging erect shaft which is set in the eccentric sleeve, which is set on the stopping and pushing bearing. The movable cone and erect shaft are drived by the eccentric shaft sleeve together. The eccentric shaft sleeve is driven by horizontal shaft and fimbriated gear, and the wheel of the conveyor belt is drived by motor through v-belts.The lower part of vertical shaft is installed in the eccentric sleeve.
