Inside bearing is ball bearing. Ball Bearing has two built-in ball bearings which makes it low noise, less vibration while revolving. It can work better and longer. There is a groove on each ball bearing, which can contact to O ring to make the cartridge tight. The bur will not shake and it will be safer to patient.
As we are manufacture, the price is even better than most of suppliers. It also weight less, so it's cheaper to ship the goods abroad.
