Isothiazolinones is composed of 5-chlorine-2-methyl-4-thiazoline-3-ketone (CMI) and 2-methyl-4-thiazoline-3-ketone (MI). HPMA is a low molecular weight polymeride, with average molecular weight 400-800. No toxicity, easily to be dissolved in water, and has high chemical stability and thermal stability, the decomposition temperature is above 330℃. EDTMPS is a nitrogenous organic polyphosphonic acid, belongs to cathodic corrosion inhibitor. Its corrosion inhibition is 3~5 times better than that of inorganic polyphosphate. Range of application:
It can be used as scale and corrosion inhibitor in circulating cooling water systems and boiler water、chelating agent in non-cyanide electroplating、chelating agent in textile dyeing industry and peroxide’s stabilizer.
Usage:
When add EDTMPS into circular cooling water independent, the dosage is 2-10mg/L. After mixing together with HPMA, can be used as water treatment in lower pressure boiler. EDTMPS can also be mixed together with BTA、PAAS、Zinc salt and so on.

DTPMPA is innocuous, and easily to be dissolved in acid solution. It has excellent scale and corrosion inhibition and good thermal tolerance ability. It can also inhibit the scale formation of carbonate, sulfate and phosphate. The scale and corrosion inhibition is better than those of other organic phosphonic acids under the alkali environment and high temperature (above 210℃). DTPMPA has high calcium solubility, when the PH value=10-11, the corrosion inhibitor is obvious superior than ATMP, the corrosion ability is 2 to 3 times than that of ATMP、HEDP, and it have good corrosion effect on barium sulfate.

Range of application:
DTPMPA can be used as scale and corrosion inhibitor in circulating cooling water systems and boiler water, and especially in alkali circulating cooling water systems without additional PH regulation. It can also be used as scale and corrosion inhibitor in oilfield water injection、cooling water and boiler water which has high barium sulfate.
DTPMPA can also be used as peroxide stabilizer, chelating agent in textile dyeing industry, pigment dispersant, microelement’s carrying agent in fertilizer and concrete additives. In addition, DTPMPA is widespread used in papermaking, electroplating, acid cleaning and cosmetics, can also be used as stabilization of oxidability bactericide.
Usage:
DTPMPA is used together with organic phosphorous、carbazole and other water treatment chemicals, there is no need to add dispersant agent when use DTPMPA in formulation medicament, the dirt deposition is very small.

Range of application:
ATMP is used in the circulating cooling water systems and oilfield water injection system at thermal power plant and refinery plant. It can reduce the corrosion and scale of metal equipment and pipeline. ATMP can be used as chelating agent in textile dyeing industries and as metal surface treatment agent.
Usage:
ATMP is usually used together with organic phosphonic acid、polycarboxylic acid and salt to form into organic alkaline water treatment agent, thus can be used in different circulating cooling water systems under different water quality conditions. The dosage of 1-20mg/L is recommended. As corrosion inhibitor, the dosage of 20-60mg/L is preferred.

HPAA has good chemical stability, and is not easily to be hydrolyzed, and hard to be destroyed by acid or alkali. It can use safety and reliable, no toxicity, no pollution. It can enhance the zinc’s solubility, and have better corrosion inhibitor, meanwhile, the corrosion inhibitor is 5-8 times than that of HEDP、EDTMP.
