(operation process)∶
Turn on the power switch
Push the heat plate to the right
Adjust the temperature to the need one(usually 120℃-200℃）
Adjust the time controller to the needed one (usually 5s-20s)
Put the cloth on the stamping plate, then put the stamping paper on the cloth (notice the sides of the paper), drawer the heat plate to the original position. Press the handle, when the time reached the settled one, it will give warn, then put the handle to the original position..

Take care of the pros and cons.
When it cool off ,rip down the stamping paper. First wipe the stamping paper, then rip down it after 5-10seconds.
When finished stamp. Please rip down the stamping paper.

The thickness of the cloth ,the material and the kind of the stamping paper also will effect the stamping result.

(maintenance)∶
If the pressure is too high or light, first loose the nut, then turn the nut to adjust the pressure, when finished it ,lock it
when the temperature reached the settled one but the heat plate is not hot, please check the connection of temperature and thermocouple.(the temperature will reach 180℃ about 15 minutes)
when the time reached to the settled one but the warning is not given or warning endlessly, please check the micro movement contact whether proper.
Make sure the pressure is not too high or the bearing will be damaged.

(operation process)∶
Turn on the power switch,adjust the temperature,time and air pressure to the needed one.
When the temperature reached the setted one,turn the switch to “manual” begain to test.After confirm the quality is good enough,turn the switch to “automatic” start to volume-produce.
When the switch on “manual”,press the heat plate untill the temperature reached the setted one.If the stamping position is not right,press “engency stop”;when the switch on the “automatic”,push the heat plate to needed position and then it will press automatically.
